Independent “Best Practice” Advisor and Evaluator for the Southampton Intergenerational Programme

Evaluating a programme of approximately 30 Intergenerational projects running across all sectors. Worked with new partnerships to identify and agree successful and meaningful evaluation frameworks, demonstrating the full impact / outcomes in areas of: Health and wellbeing (children and older people), reducing isolation, community safety, increasing school attendance and educational attainment, Housing, Skills and lifelong learning.

Preparing regular independent monitoring updates and final evaluation reports to Southampton City Council Senior Management Team, Local Strategic Partnership (Later Years Partnership and Health and Wellbeing Boards) as well as the main funder (EU Partnership board) and a Steering Group which included younger and older representatives from the community.
